Job posting rules

Keep it honest, legal and about real farm work.

  • Real, current farm or agribusiness roles only: harvest, seasonal, full-time or contract. No recruitment-fee schemes, MLM or "pay to apply".
  • Pay must be stated and meet the relevant award (usually the Pastoral Award 2020 or Horticulture Award 2020). Piece rates must say so.
  • No discrimination on age, sex, race, disability or other protected grounds, consistent with the Fair Work Act and anti-discrimination law.
  • If accommodation or meals are provided or deducted, say so and say what they cost.
  • Visa work: say if the role counts toward specified work for Working Holiday Makers, and only if it genuinely does.
  • Every post is checked before it goes live. We can edit or remove posts that break these rules.
